On September 24, 2026 at 01:36 AM PDT, Autodesk identified an issue where customers experienced intermittent latency while using personal storage across multiple Autodesk products, resulting in slow UI response times. Once the issue was resolved on September 24, 2026 at 09:38 AM PDT, all products returned to normal operation. This is a retroactive notification as this issue did not display on the Autodesk Health Dashboard at that time. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
