Between March 30 and April 13, a configuration issue prevented email notifications from firing for monitors on our Legacy EU infrastructure (not EU edge deployment). Monitor evaluation was functioning correctly during this period - monitors were being evaluated and other notification channels were unaffected - but email delivery through our email provider was misconfigured for the EU region. The issue has been resolved. Email notifications are now firing correctly for all EU monitors.
