We continue to investigate the ongoing issue affecting Contact Services, Redirection Links for Marketing Email Campaigns and Transactional Emails, event processing, Automation Workflows, Webhooks, WhatsApp message sending, and Phone Meetings. We have now identified an additional impact on Transactional Email sending, which may cause some clients to experience disruptions when sending emails. Our team is actively working to resolve the issue. We apologise for the inconveniences and will provide further updates as more information becomes available.
