Due to an issue at one of our third party partner, payments with QUICPay and iD could not be processed between 6:14 p.m. and 7:14 p.m. The issue has now been resolved by the partner, and payments are being processed as normal again. We understand how important it is for all of our services to be running for your business, and our Engineering team is actively discussing how to prevent future disruptions like this one. Thank you for your patience with us as we worked to resolve this issue.
