Customers are now able to complete their purchases normally, and we are seeing successful transactions Update - Follow-up on August 29 checkout incident Following the resolution of the checkout incident on August 29, we completed the reprocessing of purchase attempts that had remained queued during the incident and reviewed the resulting transactions. Some customers who retried their purchase during the incident may temporarily see multiple charges on their card. In most cases, these additional amounts are pending authorizations rather than additional completed purchases and will be released automatically by the customer's card issuer soon.
