Resolved - SSO Login Issues August 5, 2026 | 06:53 UTC - 08:44 UTC We have resolved an issue that affected SSO-based login for some Udemy Business users. During this window, a subset of users experienced login failures when attempting to authenticate via SSO. The issue was caused by a degradation in a third-party identity service and has been fully resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience and are taking steps to improve our detection and response for similar third-party disruptions in the future.
