Bandwidth has concluded its investigation of this issue and determined that between 13:00 UTC on October 8, 2026 and 01:58 UTC on October 9, 2026, toll-free SMS delivery receipts for messages to Verizon were delayed. Due to the limited scope of impact, Bandwidth is closing this incident and this will be the extent of the information we will provide for this issue.
