We are continuing to investigate the issue on elevated latency when searching and ingesting content in Enterprise Knowledge. Customers using Enterprise Knowledge, including those using it with Conversation Intelligence, may see slower than normal responses. Our engineers are working to resolve the issue. We expect to provide another update in 2 hours or as soon as more information becomes available.
