We recently addressed issues affecting Box Relay. We would like to take the opportunity to further explain these issues and the steps we have taken to keep them from happening in the future. Between 1:10 AM and 11:33 PM PT on July 14, 2026, some users may have experienced difficulties while working in Box. During this time, some users may have experienced degradation of Box Relay workflows that include a task outcome. The issue occurred as a result of a recent code change intended to improve how task assignments are handled in workflows.
