On October 20, between 1:20 AM and 2:38 AM PT, with a shorter recurrence around 4:30-4:48 AM PT, some partners using our Marketplace API experienced delays and errors, including in order confirmation. The cause was a defect in a background process that was being validated as part of a platform migration. We disabled it and the service returned to normal.
