How we know

Broken Today reads the official Perplexity status page every 2 minutes. When Perplexity reports degraded performance, an outage or maintenance, this page changes within a few minutes. If the page says everything is up but Perplexity still fails for you, check your own connection, VPN, DNS or browser extensions - or look at whether a service it depends on (such as Cloudflare) is having problems.
